(TSX:CSU) ("Constellation" or the "Company") today announced its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2014 and declared a $1.00 per share dividend payable on January 5, 2015 to all common shareholders of record at close of business on December 17, 2014. This dividend has been designated as an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
